Great addition to my daily routine

Works exactly as advertised! It only took a few tries to get the wrist motion down, and now I use it every single day. The handle makes it super comfortable to hold, and it gives an incredible forearm pump in just a couple of minutes. Definitely worth picking up!

Basically a 2 in 1 deal

Bought this mostly for the handle attachment, which is awesome for getting more leverage and range of motion. Found out you can detach the handle completely and just use the gyro ball by itself. Pretty neat feature if you want to switch things up. Definitely worth the price.

Solid piece of gear

I really like this thing. It gives a crazy forearm pump and the resistance is no joke once you get the momentum going. What really surprised me is how comfortable it is to hold for extended periods of time. I've been using it for up to an hour a day total and haven't experienced any weird tweaks or strains in my wrists or elbows. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is the noise. When you get the gyro spinning at top speed, it gets pretty loud. It's not deafening but you may not want to use it when sitting next to your wife on the couch. If you are just using it for normal workouts, it's perfect and does exactly what it says.

hard to use but not gonna give up

you have to practice like a maniac to get the hang of this. i had it for three weeks and I still can't get it to spin right :( On the plus side, the product looks exactly like it does in the photos, so what you see is what you get.
